State vs. C.O.  Our client was charged with trafficking and possession of a controlled substance and other charges. The case was dismissed by the prosecution after our client won a motion to suppress (exclude at trial) all evidence obtained by law enforcement as a result of unlawful and unconstitutional means and in violation of our client’s rights under the United States Constitution.

State vs. B. Our client was charged with bank fraud.  As a result of a vigorous defense, the case was dismissed by the prosecution during trial.

State vs. XX. Our client was charged with criminal sexual penetration (rape). Our client was acquitted (found not guilty) by a jury trial in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

State vs. L. Our client was charged with felony possession of drugs (controlled substance). Our client was acquitted by jury trial in Bernalillo County, New Mexico for the criminal charges.

State vs. G. Our client was charged in Dona Ana County with an open count of murder, including murder in the first degree, carrying a potential penalty of a life sentence with parole eligibility of 30 years. On the eve of trial a plea was achieved of involuntary manslaughter requiring a prison sentence of only one year.

State vs. N.  Our client was charged with kidnapping and assault in Rio Arriba County. Our client was found not guilty by jury trial for the criminal charges.

State vs. O.  Our client was charged with possession and intent to distribute a controlled substance. The case was dismissed by the prosecution after our client won a motion to suppress (exclude at trial) all evidence obtained by law enforcement as a result of unlawful and unconstitutional means and in violation of our client’s rights under the United States Constitution.

State vs. P. Our client was charged with driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. Our client was found not guilty by jury trial in Bernalillo, County, New Mexico for the criminal charges.

State vs. R.  Our client was charged with an open count of murder, including murder in the first degree. Our client was found guilty of second degree murder. After a one week rehabilitation hearing, the Court found that our client, a juvenile, was amenable to rehabilitation. Our client received a juvenile sentence.

State vs. S. Our client was charged with drug trafficking. Our client was acquitted (found not guilty) by jury trial in Bernalillo County, New Mexico for the criminal charges.

State vs. T. Our clients were charged with manufacturing and trafficking methamphetamine. The case was dismissed by the prosecution after our clients won a motion to suppress (exclude at trial) all evidence obtained by law enforcement as a result of unlawful and unconstitutional means and in violation of our clients’ rights under the United States Constitution.

State vs. V. Our client was charged with felony driving while intoxicated. Our client was acquitted (found not guilty) by jury trial in Bernalillo, County, New Mexico for the criminal charges.

United States vs. G. United States vs. Y. Our client was charged with murder in federal court. After a trial with a hung verdict, the government dismissed the charges in the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico.

United States vs. K.  Our client was charged with sexual contact with a minor in federal court. After a trial with a hung verdict, the government dismissed the charges in the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico.

United States vs. W. Our client was charged with aggravated sexual contact of a minor carrying a 30 year mandatory minimum. Our client was acquitted by jury trial in the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico.
